Waffles: 1 Cup Golden Malted Flour; 1 Egg; 5/8 Cup water; 2 Tbs. melted butter. Beat eggs and liquid together. Add flour and mix well. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown (makes approximately 3 - 4 waffles depending on size of waffle baker).
Pancakes: 1 Cup Golden Malted Flour; 1 Egg; 3/4 Cup whole milk or buttermilk; 1 Tb. melted butter. Beat eggs and liquid together. Add flour and mix well. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly.
